These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from Cutting LLC ("Cutting," "we," "us," or "our") through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Cutting sells chai concentrate and related products for personal or commercial use. Product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are provided for informational purposes. We strive to display products accurately, but minor variations in packaging or labeling may occur.

2. Orders and Payment

When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected products at the prices shown. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and fees displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders within the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

If you are outside our current delivery area, you may submit a request through our website. We will contact you when shipping becomes available in your area.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@framez.in with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

5. Product Use

Our chai concentrate is intended for consumption after proper preparation. Follow storage instructions on the product packaging. Cutting is not responsible for illness or injury resulting from misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow preparation guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cutting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

7. Privacy

We collect information you provide during checkout (such as name, email, phone, and address) to process and deliver your order and send order-related communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
